Kirk E Swenson - President, Broker, Realtor

After a post-college career in banking and finance Kirk joined 1 Stop in 1979. In that year the farm sales and management was re-emphasized. Many years and countless satisfied clients doing multiple transactions have made Kirk an expert on the 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange. Kirk is a licenses auctioneer and brings the enthusiasm necessary to each auction that has resulted in many successful land auctions. Kirk is also the head of acquisitions for Agriculture Real Estate Investors, LLC, an investment program for agricultural land purchasing throughout the United States.

Wendy Forthun - Associate Broker, Realtor, Vice President

Wendy is a licensed sales agent residing in the Kasson-Mantorville area with her husband and two young children. She is all about helping people. She started with 1 Stop Realty, Inc. as an Administrative Assistant and came to find out that real estate is definitely a people oriented industry. With BS and MS degrees in AG Education from South Dakota State University with a minor in Farm Management, Roger has over 40 years of experience in agricultural management and real estate. He farms 1800 acres in South Central Minnesota.

Roger holds Real Estate Brokers licenses in Iowa and Minnesota. He was President of National Realtors Land Institute in 1998 and named Land Realtor of America in 2001 by the REALTORS® Land Institute of the National Association of REALTORS®.

Experience: Pat was born and raised on a farm in Southern Renville County. She is a licensed Real Estate Associate in Minnesota and was Roger Heller's personal secretary & office manager in 1971. Pat has been a secretary for the real estate department since 1971 and is the coordinator of the real estate closings.

Ron Sander - Realtor/Broker

Education:  Bachelor of Arts degree from Mankato State College with double majors in Business Administration and Economics

Experience: Born and raised on a farm in Sibley County, Minnesota. Nearly 10 years experience as a Senior Bank Examiner for Commerce Department, territory consisted of banks in Southern Minnesota. 30 plus years with the State Bank of Bricelyn. Retired in 2006 as President and CEO. Have held Real Estate Broker license for over 15 years. Also have licenses in Appraisal and several Insurance lines. Since retirement for the Bank, have been more actively engage in marketing farm land.

I enjoy living in rural area and feel fortunate that work experience continues to be closely related to agriculture.
